We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Technician with a background in automotive mechanics to join a specialist team based in Porto. In this role, you will provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:

Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and/or chat

Diagnose and resolve issues using your automotive technical knowledge

Document cases accurately and follow established processes

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction
What we are looking for:

Spanish fluent (minimum C1) — mandatory

Portuguese B2–C1 — mandatory

Previous experience as an automotive mechanic — mandatory

Minimum 12th grade / high school completion

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
