Instant Crunch (New Location).
Instant Crunch is a brunch restaurant (est. 2024). We cook food that people want to eat again and again, combining classic dishes with creative twists. Due to our expansion and the opening of a new restaurant, we are looking for baker.
Main Responsibilities: Baker / Pastry Production
Production & Organization:
- Set up and organize the entire pastry and bakery production from the ground up.
- Establish efficient workflows and high-quality production standards to ensure a smooth daily operation.
- Handcraft key bakery products, including:
- Brioche (including signature brioche buns).
- Bagels.
- Viennoiserie (croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, etc.).
- Selected gluten-free products.
Cost Control & Development:
- Recipe Development: Develop and accurately calculate food costs for all items prior to launch.
- Cost Management: Monitor and maintain food cost targets during ongoing production to ensure profitability.
- Innovation: Actively participate in the creation and development of seasonal products and specials.
- Hygiene: Maintain strict organization and cleanliness within the pastry production area at all times.
