As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the B2B high-risk segment, including iGaming, Forex, PSPs, and Crypto. Your goal is to independently acquire high-volume merchants and close large-scale deals. This role emphasizes quick revenue generation, building strong industry relationships, and securing profitable partnerships.
- Independently identify, approach, and secure high-volume B2B clients across iGaming, Forex, PSP, and Crypto sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and affiliates within high-risk payment ecosystems.
- Negotiate and close large-scale deals targeting €1M+ merchant turnover.
- Collaborate with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure rapid KYB processes and merchant activation.
- Identify market opportunities and tailor fintech payment solutions to client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and revenue delivery.
- Proven track record of closing large B2B deals, preferably generating €1M+ merchant turnover.
- Strong experience in selling to iGaming, Forex, PSP, Crypto, or other high-risk industries.
- Experience with complex fintech products such as acquiring, IBAN accounts, crypto processing, or payment infrastructure.
- Ability to travel for business purposes and eligibility for a Schengen visa.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative: Quick thinker, able to overcome obstacles and close deals independently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify challenges and resolve them proactively.
- Goal-Oriented, focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets with experience working with KPIs.
