ROLE:
We are looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer to join our creative team. We are seeking a professional with the technical expertise and creative flexibility to move seamlessly between physical and digital environments, as well as static and animated formats, delivering high-quality creative work from initial concept through to final execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Identity & Consistency: Develop, evolve, and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring strong consistency and continuous development across all channels and touchpoints.
Digital & Performance Design: Create engaging visual content for social media, newsletters, website banners, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
Physical & Merchandise Design: Develop print-ready designs for packaging, apparel, and merchandising.
Motion & 3D Visuals: Create motion graphics and high-quality 3D product visualizations and renders.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on, multi-disciplinary design experience, whether in an agency or in-house environment;
Versatile Portfolio (Mandatory): Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of work across print and packaging, digital design, motion graphics, and 3D visual assets;
Tools:
Advanced proficiency in core Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
Intermediate proficiency in After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for motion design and video editing;
Practical experience with 3D software (Blender, Adobe Dimension/Substance) for product rendering, modelling, and mockups;
Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken;
Profile: Strong ownership, technical adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail.
