We’re Hiring | Team Lead Fiber Optic Network Planning (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Team Lead Fiber Optic Network Planning to lead planning teams and drive FTTH/FTTX infrastructure projects with a strong focus on quality, strategy, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of planning teams
- End-to-end project management (technical, administrative, financial)
- Strategic fiber optic network planning
- Client and stakeholder communication
- Quality management across all project phases
Profile:
- Background in surveying, geomatics, geography, geosciences, or civil engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Several years of experience in fiber optic planning and/or project leadership
- Strong knowledge of FTTH networks and network topologies
- Experience with planning tools such as QGIS (PlanGoo is a plus)
- Leadership experience and strong analytical skills
- Structured, independent, and resilient working style
