Your Core Responsibilities
As a customer success advisor, you do more than just answer questions. You help users navigate the online payment world and make sure their money transfers go smoothly.

Customer Support: Answer French-speaking clients through various channels regarding payment processing, digital wallets, and account status.

Problem Solving: Take ownership of difficult billing questions and technical issues to ensure every customer gets a solution.

Security & Safety: Follow strict financial safety rules to protect user data and make sure all transactions are legitimate.

Teamwork: Work with an international team, using your English skills to stay in sync with managers and technical departments.

Fixed Salary: A base pay of €930 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (this includes your mandatory extra summer and Christmas payments).
