Customer Support Representative – Telecom (French Speaker)

Monday to Saturday: 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (rotational shifts)

We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a leading telecom project in Porto. This role offers the chance to grow within a fast-paced, multicultural environment while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Please note: Applications are only open to candidates living within 30 km of Porto. No relocation support is provided.

Deliver high-quality customer support across various communication channels

Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Communicate clearly and professionally in French

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Accurately document all customer interactions

Fluent French (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Availability to work rotational shifts, including Saturdays

Residence within 30 km of Porto
Legal Requirements:

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card

Valid NIF and NISS

Competitive base salary paid over 14 months

Guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months (€100+ gross, performance-based)

Meal allowance: €9.60/day (net, meal card)

Transport reimbursement up to €40/month

Welcome bonus: €150 gross (paid in the 4th month)
