ROLE:
Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality standards and safety procedures within a food/supplement manufacturing environment;
Coordinate production operators to maintain an efficient and well-organized workflow;
Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement timely corrective measures;
Plan production activities and ensure accurate and up-to-date records;
Ensure all necessary materials are available to support production;
Report production results, performance indicators, and operational issues to the Production Manager;
Support the training and onboarding process of new production team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or a related field (preferred);
Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments;
Previous team supervision experience (preferred);
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment;
Good Excel skills and confidence using technology;
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership skills, and attention to detail.
