Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Own end-to-end design of multi-surface campaigns and content experiences across email, web, and app; define reusable interaction patterns within the client's component library.
-
Plan and synthesize research (evaluate/generate/explore) with Researchers to inform decisions and roadmaps for the Global Traveler and Modern Saudi Traveler audiences.
-
Translate campaign briefs and insight into surface-specific concepts and prioritized work; right-size copy and layout for each surface, adapting — never copy-pasting — a single idea across email, web, and app.
-
Work within and extend design system and Adobe Experience Manager component library; document component choices, variants, layout settings, states, and motion so AEM authors and developers can build without further design input.
-
Lead product ideation sessions and cross-functional problem-definition workshops.
-
Create holistic experience maps and campaign vision to keep email, web, and app coherent and aligned on a single north star and phased delivery.
-
Influence senior stakeholders with clear rationale linking user value, feasibility, and commercial impact.
-
Apply client's brand voice — Human, Obsessed, Unconventional — across surfaces, shaping subject lines, CTAs, push-notification text, and microcopy as design decisions, in US English and within strict component character limits.
-
Deliver handoff-ready design with correct component and variant choices, precise crop ratios, and responsive breakpoints, plus annotations that explain decisions rather than merely describe them.
Qualifications
-
4–6 years’ experience leading end-to-end product design across multiple releases, ideally for premium consumer brands spanning web, mobile, and email/campaign work.
-
Advanced proficiency in Figma (variables/advanced prototyping) and experimentation methods.
-
Strong system/governance documentation; experience designing within established design systems and component-based authoring environments (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager / Universal Editor).
-
Demonstrated facilitation and stakeholder management across disciplines.
-
Proficiency in accessibility, inclusive design, and cultural/market nuance; comfort designing for Middle East and global audiences in US.
-
Fluent English.
-
Strong foundation in interaction design, with hands‑on experience in prototyping and human‑centered design principles
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
-
Strong portfolio showcasing your UX and UI expertise across web, mobile, and email/campaign work.
-
Sharp editorial sensibility: able to right-size copy per surface, respect a defined brand voice and component character limits, and show clear evidence of editing.
Key Attributes
-
Systems thinker who simplifies complexity and scales quality.
-
Persuasive storyteller; synthesizes data/insight into compelling direction.
-
Calm, inclusive leader; builds feedback culture and psychological safety.
-
Outcome‑focused; links design to OKRs/KPIs and commercial goals.
-
Proactively mitigates risk and unblocks teams.
-
Craft-led and detail-obsessed; treats production-readiness and brand consistency as part of the design, not an afterthought.
- Work visa sponsorship is not available. For local documentation (NIF, NISS), please consult Portuguese authorities.
