OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
The International Payments Associate is responsible for independently executing and managing international payment operations, Service Desk, and Cash Management activities.
The role combines solid operational autonomy, analytical capability, and quality ownership, ensuring the correct handling of complex (non STP) transactions, payment investigations, and After sales services in line with established procedures, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and monitor international (non‑SEPA) payments (EUR and foreign currency) end to end, including sending to foreign correspondents via SWIFT.

Perform and/or coordinate controls/checks linked to the completeness of the data and the payment routing

After Sales support ensuring correct set-up and smooth delivery.

Manage investigations and service requests on executed transactions (e.g., non‑receipt, anomalies): analyses, gather information, identify root cause, and coordinate resolution.

Provide advice and support: internal stakeholders on payments and cash management processes with a strong customer focus

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, intermediaries and banks to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement
