Laskasas Group is a leading Portuguese premium furniture and lighting producer, selling its items in own stores and to professional partners in Portugal and around the world. With an aggressive plan to expand internationally, through current and new business models, we are seeking to strengthen our commercial team for international markets, recruiting for INTERNATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE (M/F) position to work in Rebordosa, Porto.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial relations with business partners;
- Develop business potential of the market under management through current and new partners;
- Define action plans to maximize business performance;
- Prospect new clients and establish new business;
- Demonstrate and present Laskasas products and services;
- Maintain accurate records on CRM (Salesforce);
- Prepare sales review performance;
- Work towards monthly and annual targets;
- Available to travel for international exhibitions, conferences and Business trips;
Minimum requirements:
- Preference for degree in Management or Economics;
- Minimum 4 Years’ experience in managing B2B sales and/or franchising partnerships (preferably in the furniture industry);
- Experienced in the use of CRM tools (Salesforce, preferably), including Activity Planning;
- Self-motivated and driven by targets;
- Resilience;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills – including both verbal and written;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (any other language is a plus);
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others;
- IT literate with strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook;
