As a Warehouse Assistant, what are you going to do?
1. Entries and exits of warehouse:
- Reception of material (Load and unload materials);
- Check material against PO, GT or Invoice, quantity and condition;
- Labelling materials;
- Entry of material in warehouse (PHC);
- Generalized picking operations for OF (Manufacturing Order);
2.Shipping Material:
- Packaging of finished product;
- Packaging of non-compliant material for return;
3.Organization:
- Warehouse storage & organization;
- Garage storage & organization;
- Alerts for lack of stock;
- Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of Health, Safety & Environment and report any non-conformity detected in this area;
- Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of Quality Management System and other Management Systems that the company may adopt;
- Ensure the confidentiality of the information available within the scope of the activity, as contractually defined;
What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?
- Between 2-5 years of professional experience;
- Industry flows knowledge;
- Able to work under pressure;
- A good teamwork player;
- Pro activity;
