What you will be doing:
- Reviewing and moderating videos from a major social media platform.
- Evaluating content according to the platform’s community guidelines.
- Tagging each video accurately with the correct moderation decision.
- Handling sensitive, disturbing, or potentially upsetting content.
- Maintaining confidentiality, including not revealing the client’s name.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian language (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English language at least B2)
- You live in Porto or you are ready to relocate from abroad
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer
- Full time contract
- Base salary (gross): 1000€/month x 14
- Meal allowance: 7,63€/per working day (paid in meal card)
- Health insurance
- Schedule: 24/7 Monday to Sunday rotative shifts with two days off
