Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hair care solutions.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and inviting salon environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Promote and sell hair care products to guests.
- Collaborate with the spa and beauty team to offer a complete wellness experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on board.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional hairdresser or stylist.
- Relevant certifications in hairdressing and cosmetology.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to work onboard for extended periods (6–9 months).
