As a Business Process Architect: CRM/ERP Integration, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model of Siemens Energy’s Gas Services Distributed (GS D) business. You will work closely with headquarters, Product Lines, Regional Service Units, and transformation teams to design and align integrated end-to-end processes across Salesforce.com, Energy Shop, S4E-Unify, and S4E-Agora. Every day, you will translate business needs into scalable process and integration architectures, balancing global governance with regional operational requirements. Through your expertise, you will help drive process simplification, reliable data management, business continuity, and a future-ready system landscape that supports the global sales and execution of parts and service business.

Lead the integrated Sales and Service process architecture across GS D headquarters, Product Lines, and Regional Service Units, ensuring alignment between business objectives and transformation goals.

Define, design, and govern the future end-to-end business process model across CRM, e-commerce, S4E-Unify, and S4E-Agora platforms.

Partner with Global Process Leads, regional teams, Product Line stakeholders, IT architects, and rollout teams to drive aligned process and architecture decisions.

Translate business requirements into process, capability, data, and integration architecture requirements while developing business scenarios, process flows, and design principles.

Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and business impacts, while implementing mitigation actions to support successful transformation and rollout readiness.

Monitor scope, budget, timelines, quality, and dependencies while serving as a trusted partner to enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and transformation management teams.

Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or Organizational Change Management are considered advantageous.

Proven experience managing complex global transformation programmes, including stakeholder engagement, change management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Strong expertise in business process design, optimisation, and operational performance management across CRM and ERP environments supporting sales and service processes.

Experience managing scope, budgets, timelines, quality, risk, organisational change, and business value realisation within large-scale transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of GS D service business processes and systems, including ATLAS, Spiridon, Salesforce.com, Energy Shop, and exposure to S4E-Unify and S4E-Agora.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a strategic, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.

Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
The S4E@GS D Transformation Team is preparing GS D for the future ERP template S4E-Unify while ensuring alignment with regional ERP activities and connected CRM and e-commerce platforms. The team collaborates across Sales, Services, Projects, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing & Quality, Innovation & PLM, Master Data, Finance, IT, Product Lines, and Regions to establish business process readiness and maintain business continuity. By working closely across functions and geographies, the team enables successful transformation initiatives while fostering operational excellence and customer focus.
