We are looking for a Change Management Expert
CONTEXT
This role will play a key part in the creation, development, and long-term success of a high-impact internal consulting function in Portugal, supporting strategic transformation initiatives. The professional will contribute not only to major change and integration projects, but also to the development of the consulting team itself, helping shape methodologies, service offerings, and best practices.
MAIN MISSION
To support complex transformation initiatives by designing and implementing effective change management strategies, coaching leaders and teams through change, and contributing to the establishment and growth of the internal consulting function in Portugal.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement change management strategies for strategic transformation and integration projects
- Drive change adoption and stakeholder alignment across complex, large-scale initiatives
- Support organizations, leaders, and teams throughout transformation processes
- Provide individual and team coaching to strengthen leadership, decision-making, and change capabilities
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic partner during change initiatives
- Manage expectations, influence decision-making, and navigate competing priorities in high-stakes environments
- Contribute to the development of consulting and change management service offerings within the Internal Consulting Unit
- Promote knowledge sharing, coaching practices, and continuous improvement of change methodologies and tools
- Support the creation, development, and positioning of the internal consulting team in Portugal
PROFILE & SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management
- Proven track record in certified coaching
- Strong experience supporting organizations and individuals through complex transformation programs
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence across different levels of the organization
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Consulting mindset, with the ability to structure, lead, and support strategic initiatives
- Experience in international financial groups is required
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus
- Experience in team setup and development within a consulting environment is highly valued
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
