About you
You're a dynamic, confident and active person with great organisational skills and a natural aptitude for cleanliness and presentation. You're a quick problem solver and enjoy meeting new people and helping them experience an amazing holiday with Siesta Campers. You're a capable self-starter with a close eye for detail and a solid experience in multitasking.
Main Tasks
- Preparing and cleaning campers with a sharp eye for details, keeping up our high standard of style and workmanship.
- Welcoming clients, handing over campers, offering full induction and camping advice;
- Ensuring positive first impressions. Our campers are already very impressive!
- Completing check-in/check-out administrative tasks;
- Inspecting vans on return; damage and technical checks.
- Updating records of conditions, organising/scheduling repairs as necessary;
- Driving campers, to deliver and occasionally relocating vans between Faro/Lisbon/Porto;
- Have an active role in the operational organisation of the base.

What you must have
- Level of education: High School;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
- Drivers license (mandatory);
- Great communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service will be considered an advantage;
- A positive, helpful and can-do attitude when it comes to interacting with customers and assisting in their needs to help them have a memorable and positive experience.
