ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a standard sales position.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of the commercial development of a premium motor adventure travel business operating in Morocco, combining high-end experiential travel with strong emotional and lifestyle appeal.
Based in Portugal and operating internationally, you will be responsible for driving B2B and Corporate sales, building long-term partnerships, and converting strategic relationships into sustainable revenue across Europe and the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of adventure, strategy and commercial leadership. You will both define and execute the sales approach, working with a high degree of autonomy and direct exposure to decision-makers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute the B2B and Corporate sales strategy for Europe and the USA.
- Develop structured pipelines across:
- Corporate incentives & experiential travel
- Premium travel agencies & tour operators
- Strategic brand and lifestyle partnerships
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PARTNERSHIPS
- Identify, negotiate and secure strategic commercial partnerships aligned with premium positioning.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, DMCs and selected intermediaries.
Represent the company in international trade shows, industry events and targeted networking forums.
