What you will be doing:
- Acting as an initial point of contact for clients via phone and other channels.
- Managing and responding to written enquiries and service requests.
- Providing information and support across all company communication platforms.
- Maintaining internal management systems and ensuring accuracy of client and customer data.
- Handling a variety of client enquiries and coordinating their resolution internally.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German language (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- Be in Lisbon or be ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain:
- Full time contract
- Salary 1200-1500 euros gross per month depending on the project

- The first contract for 12 months, with the possibility of signing a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one).
