RESPONSIBILITIES:
Airbus Atlantic Portugal is currently recruiting for its’ site in Santo Tirso - Porto. Under the direction of the Lead Supply Officer, the Ordering Officer will be responsible for setting up logistics solutions to guarantee deliveries to internal (French and subsidiary sites) and external (Airbus)customers;
MAIN TASKS AND MISSION:
- Analyze customer supply plans and break them down into supply plans to suppliers: Supplier impact/material anticipation / addition / deletion of aircraft, reallocations;Check the item settings;
- Participate and support training projects related to Supply Chain activities;
- Ensure the distribution of supply plans via EDI;
- Place orders in accordance with supplier logistics conditions;
- Track deliveries to the customer;
- Be part of the MFT (Multi-Functional Team: Quality, Purchase, Supply) to resolve blocking points;
- Ensure compliance with the storage strategy: Management of modifications, obsolescence, coverage;
- Manage customer / supplier collaborations;
- Follow-up and treatment of disputes (Goods and documentary entries);
- Ensure the application and respect of Business rules, regulations, processes, standards;
- Ensure the distribution of supply plans via EDI;
- Set up logistics solutions to guarantee customer delivery;
- Measure customer & supplier OTD.
PROFILE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Holder of an University degree in engineering field;
- Solid experience (3-5 years) in supply sector of an industrial company;
- Experience in aeronautics and in a project team will be an asset in the study of applications;
- Knowledge of SAP and Office Pack required;
- Knowing how to be expected: Ability to communicate and work in a team, autonomy, rigor, organization and method, perseverance and strength of proposal;
- Advanced level in English is required; French is a plus.
