We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator specializing in File Transfer and Data Exchange to join an international technology environment supporting business-critical operations.
You will manage secure file-transfer configurations and data-exchange flows between internal teams and external entities, including clients, markets, and technology partners. Your work will directly contribute to the security, stability, accuracy, and availability of sensitive data exchanges.
This opportunity is ideal for a systems administrator who combines strong Axway expertise with a meticulous approach to configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

File Transfer and Connectivity Projects
-
Gather and analyze technical requirements for new file-transfer configurations;
-
Design and configure secure data-exchange flows;
-
Participate in technical and functional change-request processes;

Assess the impact of connectivity changes;

Implement and coordinate rigorous configuration testing;
-
Ensure accurate, secure, and error-free delivery of new transfer flows;

Support the launch and post-implementation monitoring of connectivity initiatives;

Maintain a high level of precision when configuring sensitive data exchanges;

Reduce the risk of data leakage, corruption, duplication, or loss;

Identify gaps in existing exchange processes;

Recommend improvements related to security, reliability, and efficiency;

Create and maintain detailed documentation for transfer maps, configurations, dependencies, and operational procedures;

Prioritize multiple connectivity projects and take ownership of assigned activities;

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external systems administrators;

Provide accurate and timely project and incident status updates.
Application and Production Support

Provide Level 3 support for file-transfer and data-exchange incidents;

Analyze transfer failures and connectivity issues;
-
Implement immediate workarounds to minimize business impact;
-
Investigate and resolve recurring or complex technical problems;
-
Manage and maintain Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport;
-
Ensure high availability and operational stability of file-transfer services;
-
Monitor scheduled flows, real-time exchanges, and batch transfers;
-
Document known issues and troubleshooting procedures for first-line support teams;
-
Manage services running on Linux and Windows Server;
-
Perform service start, stop, deployment, debugging, and operational maintenance activities;
-
Troubleshoot connectivity, protocol, certificate, authentication, and handshake issues;
-
Communicate directly in English with external systems administrators and global stakeholders.

Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a related field;
-
Proven professional experience with Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport;
-
Experience administering file-transfer or managed file-transfer environments;
-
Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows Server;
-
Ability to start, stop, deploy, maintain, and debug server-based services;

Technical knowledge of secure transfer protocols:

Good understanding of networking fundamentals:

Experience documenting runbooks, support procedures, and transfer maps;
