Profile requirements:
- High school diploma or technical training;
- Knowledge of technical installations (HVAC/Refrigeration, Electrical Systems and Multimedia, Civil Construction and Carpentry)
- Previous experience in this role in medium- to large-sized buildings;
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry (preferred);
- Willingness to work shifts (rotating schedules);
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity;
- Responsibility, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team;
- Ability to manage stress;
- Versatility and dynamism;
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English (this professional may have contact with hotel guests)
Mission: A professional who performs duties related to the maintenance of facilities and equipment within the hotel unit to which they are assigned.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of technical facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, water systems, communications systems, security systems (CCTV and fire detection), pumping systems and their networks, heating plants, and electromechanical systems;
- Perform duties related to the maintenance of spaces and equipment in different áreas;
- Ensure the maintenance of technical installations (electrical systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, plumbing, and electromechanical systems).
- Implement preventive and corrective measures to ensure that all technical and safety systems are functioning properly;
We are considering 2 positions as Maintenance Technician/Multiskilled Maintenance worker, for our 4 and 5 star Hotels in Lisbon.
Conditions include – monthly salary, meals at the staff canteen, Health Insurance and the possibility of temporary housing, subject to confirmation and availability at a guest house.
