Key Responsibilities
Daily supervision of all soft services (cleaning, waste, reception, catering, etc.)
Office‑to‑office and person‑to‑person support to employees and visitors
Regular quality checks across offices, meeting rooms, and production areas
Direct management or coordination of:
Coffee breaks
Guest hospitality
Meeting room catering
Internal/external event support
Canteen service
Coordination with suppliers and monitoring of compliance with SLAs
Early‑morning readiness checks (cleanliness, setups, hospitality items)
