What you will work on
You will be the first point of contact for IT support, helping colleagues resolve incidents and service requests while ensuring a high-quality user experience. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, you will contribute to maintaining stable services and supporting users across different locations and time zones.
The role combines technical troubleshooting, customer support, and service coordination, giving you broad exposure to a modern IT environment.
Provide first-line support for IT incidents and service requests
Support onboarding activities, device setup, and end-user services
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a service-minded and proactive professional who enjoys solving problems and helping others. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, communicate well with different stakeholders, and take ownership of delivering a great user experience.
You are curious about technology, eager to learn, and motivated by being part of a collaborative team where continuous improvement is valued.
Experience supporting users in an IT Service Desk or other end-user support environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Fluent in English and comfortable working with a variety of technologies
Experience and background
You likely bring:
1–2 years of experience in IT support or end-user services
Experience with Microsoft technologies and modern workplace tools
Understanding of cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments
Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL, or CompTIA A+ is beneficial but not required.

The practicalities
Working hours: Between 6h and 18h in a rotational system
You might be asked to work during portuguese national holidays
Location: Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
Salary Package Range: 22k - 30k EUR
