We're looking for an experienced Technical Functional Analyst with strong analytical skills and a solid technical background to bridge business requirements and software development.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields

Proven experience as a Technical Functional Analyst or in similar roles

Experience gathering, analysing and documenting both functional and technical requirements

Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP) and service-oriented architectures

Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting

Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV

Experience working with system integration projects and distributed application environments

Ability to collaborate closely with software development, QA and infrastructure teams

Experience producing functional and technical documentation using Jira, Confluence or similar tools

Experience supporting functional, integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Enterprise Integration, ERP or CRM platforms is valued

Previous programming experience or knowledge of scripting languages is a plus
