BusinessCom Networks is a satellite telecommunications service provider, operating worldwide since 2003. Our mission is to connect businesses and governments in very remote areas where terrestrial networks are not available or unreliable.
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to support our operations. This would involve providing technical and managerial support to our end customers, partners, and our own team members internally. This role combines customer relationship management, network troubleshooting, project coordination, and vendor management.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal team to improve the entire customer experience. If you have a flair for technology and client communication, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ connectivity requirements and translate them into technical and operational solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers and partners.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve network and user terminal incidents.
- Act as the main point of contact for project-related matters, including logistics, installation, maintenance, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Coordinate and manage equipment suppliers, vendors, service providers, and installers.
- Track key account metrics and prepare reports.
- Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations when needed.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Linux and computer networks, including firewalls and TCP/IP.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
- Willingness and readiness to learn new technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Pay: 2,150.00€ - 3,900.00€ per month
