Mission

Come join our store located in rua das Carmelitas in Porto and grow within our retail environment. The team is made up of 3 people.

You are ready to:

1. Reach new heights:

Passionate about the American Vintage style and customer service, you enjoy taking on challenges and exceeding the goals set for you.
You ensure a personalized and digital customer experience focused on customer loyalty and new client acquisition.
You analyze performance indicators and implement appropriate action plans to optimize results.

2. Ensure operational excellence and uphold the brand image:

Detail-oriented, you embody the spirit and style of the brand.
You ensure compliance with the merchandising strategy and maintain the overall presentation of the store.
As an efficient manager, you ensure stock accuracy and effective organization of back-office tasks, including performance analysis and schedule optimization.

3. Lead, develop, and unite your team around our values:

You motivate and inspire your teams from the very start of the day.
You oversee the onboarding, training, and professional development of your team members.
You build a committed, united, and high-performing team by fostering transparent communication and a collaborative spirit.
Ambitious and driven, you enjoy pushing yourself further while helping both your team and your store grow.

Profil

You have a successful first experience in the ready-to-wear industry.

Always attentive to your surroundings, you are an inspiring person for your team, with a natural sense of leadership.

You have a strong business mindset and are customer service–oriented.

Fluency in Portugese and English is required for this position.
