DeepSense is expanding its internal operational contour. We are looking for a dedicated Make.com Automation Engineer to modernize and maintain workflows across our HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.

You will build high-load, production-grade logic that our core teams rely on daily.

Core Responsibilities

Make.com Architecture: Build, test, and deploy complex, event-driven scenarios exclusively using Make.com (incorporating routers, iterators, aggregators, and error handlers).
System Integration: Connect internal platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, ATS, custom operational tools) via Make.com.
API Management: Work extensively with REST APIs, handling OAuth, custom HTTP requests, JSON parsing, and custom Make.com app creation.
Reliability & Debugging: Monitor production workflows. Independently manage retries, API rate limits, duplicate webhook events, and edge cases.
AI Integration: Embed AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Anthropic) into Make.com workflows for document parsing and decision-making logic.

What We Expect from You

Exceptional Make.com Expertise: You have deployed hundreds of complex workflows and possess advanced knowledge of the platform

Deep API Knowledge: You don't just use pre-built modules; you are entirely comfortable building custom API calls and webhook integrations.
Independent Problem Solving: We value a clear mind and zero-noise execution. You jump straight into execution, read error logs before escalating, and fix root causes rather than patching symptoms.
Technical Breadth: Basic understanding of DevOps interactions, Python, or n8n is considered a strong plus
