Looking for a reliable individual to manage the evening service at our cafe. You will handle front-of-house operations independently, working alongside one kitchen staff member.
Schedule:
- 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 5 days a week (35 hrs)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front-of-house duties for the evening shift.
- Serve antipasti and beverages.
- Ensure a welcoming environment and excellent customer service.
What we’re looking for:
- Basic wine knowledge is a strong plus (willing to train the right candidate).
- A friendly, positive person with good communication (English and Portuguese).
- Real experience in a café —we need someone who knows their way around a workspace.
- A "lead" mindset: someone reliable who takes pride in an organized, clean environment.
- Someone available to start right away.
The Offer

- Schedule: Static afternoon schedule (Wednesday – Sunday).
- Total Take-Home: €1,150 Monthly (Split as €950 bank transfer + €200 meal card).
