The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and finalizing strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role will involve coordinating with various departments within the organization, as well as potentially working with external consultants and partners.
ROLE:
Identify, analyze, and solve critical issues facing the company across departments;
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects;
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic objectives;
Produce data-informed insights for strategy formulation;
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently;
Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline; MBA is highly preferred;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consulting, project management or business strategy;
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently;
Leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
