ROLE:
We are seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer with the versatility and technical expertise to work across digital and physical formats, creating impactful solutions from idea generation through to final delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Identity & Consistency: Create and maintain the brand’s visual language, ensuring a cohesive experience across every brand touchpoint.
Digital & Performance Design: Develop creative assets for social platforms, email campaigns, website banners, and landing pages.
Physical & Merchandise Design: Produce designs for packaging, apparel, promotional materials, and merchandising products.
Motion & 3D Visuals: Create animations, motion graphics, and 3D visual content for products and campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in multidisciplinary design roles (agency or in-house);
Versatile Portfolio (Mandatory): Portfolio showcasing work across packaging, digital content, motion graphics, and 3D design projects;
Tools:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
Working knowledge of After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for animation and video production;
Experience with 3D applications such as Blender, Adobe Dimension/Substance for rendering and visualisation projects;
Languages: Professional fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;
Profile: Highly autonomous, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional.
