Join the Polish-speaking inbound customer care team in Porto, working for a major infrastructure and mobility services company. What You Will Do

Handle inbound Polish-language customer queries via phone and digital channels

Provide information, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary

Follow structured scripts and compliance guidelines

Meet daily KPIs including CSAT and quality scores
- Document all customer interactions accurately

Participate in team briefings and ongoing training
What We Are Looking For

- High school diploma (mandatory)

Customer service experience is a plus

Comfortable with an inbound call centre environment
