As a Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist at Ivy Partners, you will:

Configure and support Salesforce Service Cloud features, workflows, and automations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements related to customer support and contact center processes.

Act as the main point of contact for CRM and contact center applications, ensuring smooth integrations and system performance.

Provide technical and functional support to business users, including training on new functionalities.

Design and improve AI-driven automations, bots, and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Support the integration of new technologies and automation capabilities within the customer operations environment.
About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:

Have at least 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Service Cloud, CRM, or similar techno-functional role.

Have hands-on experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud.

Understand customer support and contact center processes, ideally in a B2C environment.

Have exposure to CTI/contact center solutions, with Talkdesk considered a plus.

Can translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Are comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.

Have experience or interest in AI tools, automations, workflows, or bots.

Are proactive, analytical, and have good communication skills.

Have a good level of English, written and spoken.
