HIGH TECH ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN- relocation to Eindhoven, Netherlands

Join an innovative manufacturing environment where advanced technology, quality, and continuous improvement are central. As an Assembly Technician, you will contribute to the assembly, testing, and qualification of complex technical modules. This role is on-site, based in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly activities according to documented procedures and quality standards.
- Complete assigned work packages within planning targets.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support lean, 5S, safety and quality initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Profile
- Vocational technical education (EQF Level 4 or equivalent) in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
- Experience in a technical production environment is preferred.
- Affinity with assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
- Good English communication skills.
Work Environment
You will work within an advanced manufacturing environment producing highly complex precision systems used by leading technology companies worldwide. These systems combine mechanical, electronic, optical and mechatronic subsystems. You will assemble, test and qualify critical modules that contribute to the accuracy, stability and performance of large-scale automated production equipment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual gross salary between EUR 60,000 and EUR 70,000 depending on experience.
