Lead and support IFS ERP implementations in Supply Chain Management, from requirements gathering to go‑live and post‑implementation support;
Analyse supply chain, logistics and procurement processes and translate business requirements into IFS functional designs and configuration specifications;
Configure and maintain IFS modules related to Inventory Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Receiving, Warehousing, Logistics, Order Management and Demand Planning;
Design master data structures (parts, suppliers, locations), inventory valuation methods, reservation and allocation rules, and lot/serial tracking within IFS;
Define and implement procurement workflows, approval hierarchies, supplier management processes and contract handling to ensure compliance with corporate policies;
Design and implement inbound/outbound logistics processes, shipping rules, carrier integrations and warehouse movements to optimise fulfilment and reduce lead times;
Collaborate with technical developers to specify integrations, interfaces and data migration approaches (including REST/SOAP APIs), ensuring data integrity and performance;
Develop test scenarios, execute functional testing, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage issue resolution during implementation;
Support data migration activities: mapping, cleansing, validation and loading of master data and transactional SCM data into IFS;
Provide training, prepare user documentation and run workshops to enable business adoption of SCM processes and tools in IFS;
Act as liaison between supply chain stakeholders, project managers and technical teams to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met;
Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solution enhancements leveraging IFS capabilities and industry best practices;
Support cutover planning, inventory reconciliations, go‑live readiness checks and post‑go‑live hypercare activities for supply chain operations;
Ensure compliance with security, data protection (GDPR) and corporate governance requirements in all implementation activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field;
Proven experience in IFS ERP implementations with a focus on Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement and Logistics modules;
Solid understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, warehouse operations, order fulfilment and demand planning principles;
Hands‑on experience configuring IFS components for Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Order Management and Logistics;
Experience with data migration, integration patterns (REST/SOAP, APIs) and collaboration with developers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions;
Ability to produce functional specifications, test scripts, reconciliations and user guides;
Strong analytical skills, problem solving orientation and attention to detail;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to run workshops and train users at different levels of the organisation;
Experience in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and working within multi‑disciplinary and international teams;
Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage;
IFS certification or formal training in relevant IFS SCM modules is a plus;
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
