As a System Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our accounting platform (EONE) works smoothly for local teams across the globe. You’ll work side-by-side with process referents and client countries, guaranteeing quality, training and system reliability.
- Provide first-line support to EONE users via a ticketing system
- Analyse issues and escalate complex ones to the Level 2 support team
- Ensure data integrity within EONE and alert users about critical updates
- Animate and engage the user community with relevant information
- Support countries in the monthly closing and daily operations
- Deliver regular training to keep local teams updated on EONE functionalities
- Identify risks or anomalies and alert the central EONE team
- Coordinate action plans with referents to improve accounting quality and satisfaction
- Collaborate on transversal projects or side missions during the month
- Continuously grow your knowledge of tools and processes
