Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its TE&S (Tech Expertise and Solution) team, within the IT department.
As a Mid-Level Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and senior developers to understand requirements and design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components;
Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions;
Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed;
Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Salesforce applications;
Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems;
Write and execute unit and integration tests;
Create and maintain technical documentation;
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies;
Mentor and coach junior developers.
Hard skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field;
2 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce development;
Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components;
Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration;
Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools;
Experience with source control management tools, such as Git;
Proficiency in English, mandatory;
Salesforce certification, valued.

Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and senior developers;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
