Job Description:
The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service and product quality. This role requires a leader with strong F&B sector experience, particularly in specialty coffee and fine dining, who can drive performance and uphold brand values across multiple branches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years solid experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, specifically in specialty coffee and fine dining setups.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be willing to relocate to Qatar.
