As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager, leading the team and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for increasing sales and optimizing commercial performance through strategic planning and flawless execution of all tasks.
You will ensure the availability and effective management of merchandise to meet customer needs, as well as oversee the visual presentation of merchandise to create an attractive atmosphere. You will also be involved in planning tasks and schedules to ensure employees are always in the right place at the right time. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume their responsibilities, effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the store.
A good knowledge of English is essential, and we would also welcome your knowledge of other languages, including sign language. Please let us know, as this will help us provide excellent service.
