We are looking for a Client Database Officer
CONTEXT
In this role, you will join the Account Referential team, responsible for managing and maintaining client account databases.
You will work in a multicultural team supporting key operational activities related to client accounts.
MAIN MISSION
To ensure the accurate setup, maintenance, and closure of client accounts while maintaining high standards of data quality, control, and service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open, modify, and close cash and securities accounts in local and global markets.
- Support sensitive account setups, including foreign exchange configurations and fees.
- Maintain accurate and updated client account information.
- Communicate with clients and internal service partners.
- Perform controls and validations with a high level of rigor and attention to detail.
- Maintain supporting files and operational documentation used by the team.
PROFILE & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in banking or financial operations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Client-focused and rigorous approach.
- Excellent level of English.
