We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Marketing team in Portugal, ideally based in Lisbon.
In this role, you’ll support pricing decisions across our global regions by analyzing pricing performance, maintaining pricing models, monitoring market trends, and translating data into clear commercial recommendations.
This role is best suited for someone with hands-on pricing experience who enjoys working with data, understands how pricing impacts customer behavior and margin, and can turn analysis into practical next steps.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Pricing Intelligence and partner with teams across Marketing, Finance, Deployment, and other business areas.
Analyze pricing performance
Review pricing across regions, products, customer segments, and channels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Maintain pricing models
Build, update, and improve pricing models for food, shipping, and non-food items.
Prepare pricing recommendations
Turn analysis into clear recommendations that support pricing decisions, promotions, retention, and commercial performance.
Monitor market and competitor pricing
Track market trends and competitor activity to provide context for pricing decisions.
Support pricing tests and promotions
Help evaluate discounts, incentives, and pricing tests by tracking performance and summarizing key learnings.
Create clear reporting
Develop reports, dashboards, and insights that help stakeholders understand pricing performance and make informed decisions.
Partner across teams
Work with Marketing, Finance, Deployment, and other teams to support accurate pricing updates and campaign execution.
Direct pricing experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, commercial analytics, or a closely related pricing-focused role.
Strong analytical skills
Comfort working with data, identifying patterns, investigating performance changes, and making practical recommendations.
Pricing and commercial understanding
A solid understanding of pricing mechanics, margin drivers, discounting, promotions, and customer behavior.
Technical skills
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Attention to detail
A careful, structured approach to analysis, reporting, and model maintenance.
Clear communication
The ability to explain insights clearly and make data easy to understand for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
Location
You are based in Portugal, with a preference for candidates located in or near Lisbon.
