We're looking for a fluent German & English speaker to join the customer support team of one of Europe's leading telecommunications companies. Fully remote from Portugal, with a package that reflects the value of your language skills.
What you'll be doing
You'll be supporting German-speaking customers across multiple channels, solving issues, answering questions, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Support customers via phone, email and chat in German
- Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues
- Guide customers through products, services and platform features
- Collect feedback to help improve the service
- Deliver a consistently great customer experience
What we're looking for
- Fluent German + English (C1/C2), mandatory
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Good communicator, calm under pressure, solution-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
The package
- Base salary €920/month
- Performance bonus up to €360/month
- Language allowance (DE+EN) €500/month
