Role Description:
- Dealing with customer support via chat and email.
- Helping the stores via phone call.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy;
- Customer orientation;
- Formal and polished language;
- Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
- Previous experience in a call center (valued);
- Native or near native level Slovak (mandatory);
- Knowledge of English (valued).

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00
