About the position
CadenzaLux is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Cascais.
This is a fully commission-based position designed for ambitious professionals who want to build and scale their own real estate business within a dynamic and supportive structure. You will work directly with clients in a fast-paced sales environment and contribute to redefining the property sales experience in Portugal.

What you will do:
- Prospect and secure new property listings
- Build, manage, and convert your personal and professional network
- Develop in-depth expertise in Cascais, Lisbon metropolitan areas, and key Portuguese regions
- Manage transactions from initial contact to closing
- Negotiate effectively and ensure successful deal completion
What do you need to have:
- Proven experience in sales/real estate market
- Strong interest and market awareness in Portuguese real estate
- Knowledge of Lisbon metropolitan areas and surrounding regions
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Results-driven mindset with strong goal orientation
- High level of responsibility, ambition, and dedication
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Driving license
- Own vehicle
