About This Role (Remote for Portugal residents)
We are looking for an experienced specialist to join our Product Processing Team. Our ideal candidate is someone who holds a growth mindset and can act in parallel as both an individual contributor and team collaborator. The primary function of this role will be supporting our Product Operations Team and Product Leadership, focused on enhancing and maintaining our platform’s marketplace, ensuring that our end users experience a positive and seamless booking experience.
Responsibilities:

Handle booking confirmations, payment emails, supplier escalations, and distribute customer outreach to our dedicated service teams

Work closely with Product Owners and other internal stakeholders to complete operational tasks, including platform testing and troubleshooting common product or service issues, escalating and reporting bugs to internal management in a comprehensive and timely manner

Perform daily validation of transactions

Ensure fulfillment of stacked promotions and value adds

Proactively follow up with management on a daily and weekly basis on task progress and completion status of delegated assignments

Support content management initiatives for our marketplace and booking engine

Collaborate with Product Operations Leadership, Product Owners, and Processing Team Lead to enhance workflows and reporting

Work directly with suppliers

Assist with the fulfillment of products for special projects and initiatives

Update standard operating procedures and related documents as needed

Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to the team's success
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
1 year proven experience in business operations, booking management, or related travel industry roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to professionally communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Fluent in English (Read, Write & Speak)

Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficient in navigating various computer programs and internal systems

Ability to troubleshoot common issues, identify process gaps and issues when present, and manage complex scenarios professionally

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring operational processes are followed accurately

Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt to new processes or systems
-
Ability to work with urgency to deliver tasks and reports on time, ensuring operational success

Experience with travel industry booking engines (preferred)
-
Strong understanding of inventory feeds, content management on a digital platform, travel promotions, payment reconciliations, and industry travel knowledge (preferred)

Must successfully complete and clear the company’s comprehensive background screening process as a condition of employment
