A leading global customer experience company is looking for Dutch-speaking Support Specialists to join their remote team based in Portugal.
In this role, you will support customers and sellers of a major international e-commerce platform, helping them with a variety of requests related to orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and digital services. You will become part of an international team focused on providing reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented support through phone and email.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone and email.
- Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
- Investigate issues and provide clear, practical solutions.
- Support external sellers by answering their questions and guiding them through platform processes.
- Provide information and assistance related to digital products and online services.
- Escalate more complex cases to the relevant internal teams.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow established procedures.
Your Profile
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and customer support systems.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
