We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and energetic Branch Manager for our office at Lisbon El Corte Ingles office.
The main responsibilities are:
- Organization of team schedules to ensure proper customer service.
- Ensure the correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
- Control operating costs to achieve the targets.
- Enhance the cross-selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) both personally and encouraging the team to get them.
- Assist the customers in operational management (it is considered one more person in the office when organizing schedules).
- Ensure the good atmosphere and work environment among employees. Enable their professional development and their level of commitment.
- Report to management on the operation, results, incidents and receive the necessary guidelines.
