As a Field Sales Representative at Global Blue by Shift4 , you’ll be on the front lines of growth. This is a high-energy, high-impact role where you’ll hunt for new business, win new logos, and help merchants unlock the full value of our payment terminals, software, and services.

Your responsibilities include:
- Hunt for new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Book and run merchant meetings to demo our Payment Terminal and solutions
- Close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle and grow your territory
- Upsell and cross-sell hardware, software, and professional services
- Become a trusted advisor to merchants by understanding their needs
- Explain the value of our end-to-end commerce solutions clearly and confidently
- Read and analyze merchant acquiring statements to position better offers
- Keep your CRM and pipeline sharp and up to date
- Stay connected with your manager and aligned with company standards
- Continuously build your product and industry knowledge

Key competencies and qualifications. You'll drive towards success if you have:
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Proven experience in outside/field sales
- Track record of hitting and beating sales targets
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills
- CRM experience and solid pipeline management
- Comfortable with tech (laptop + smartphone)
- Valid driver’s license + willingness to travel in your territory
- Languages: Portuguese (Native/Fluent) and English
- Bonus points for additional European languages
Location & Eligibility:
Applicants for the Madeira position MUST already live on Madeira Island and hold valid work authorization in Portugal. This is essential due to the field‑based nature of the role, daily merchant visits, and the need for immediate local presence.
