What you'll do

Review Dutch-language user-generated content flagged for potential policy violations

Apply platform community guidelines accurately and consistently

Make fast, well-reasoned decisions: approve, remove or escalate

Maintain accuracy standards measured through regular quality audits
What we're looking for

Fluent in Dutch — C1/C2 level, including cultural and contextual understanding

English at B2 or above for training and escalation processes

Detail-oriented and methodical — able to work at volume without losing accuracy

Emotionally resilient — the most important non-negotiable for this role

EU work authorisation or valid Portuguese residence permit
