People Business Partner JR
Whitin the People function, this position will be supporting all activities related with People Agenda for Portugal, including HQ, Plant & Sales, promoting growth & Engaging environment
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the organization to meet business needs, supporting the overall People strategy execution and goals;

Perform activities related to Culture & Engagement, ensuring excellent growing environment

Support communication processes, ensuring timeless and proactive communication
- Support learning and development strategy and processes

Execute Labor relations strategy
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Internacional relations or similar

2/ 3 years’ experience within HR / people environment

Strong communication skills

Analytical skills and strategic thinking

Excel and ability to work with digital and communication tools

Proactive profile eager to learn and develop

Ability to interact with a dynamic multifunctional team.
